Lots of room for personal development
When asked for their thoughts about the company, our employees reported Interface is unique because of the professional challenges, the international character and Mission Zero. These aspects combine to create the unmistakable Interface culture.
We have a number of programmes in place to foster personal development. For example all employees at our manufacturing sites have completed training in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and our Young Potentials Programme aims for growth on individual, team and business levels.
Our Fast Forward to 2020 programme is designed to immerse employees in our Mission Zero commitment and encourage innovation and employee development. The Sustainability Ambassador Programme offers volunteers the time and opportunity to develop ideas and help promote sustainability and awareness within their departments.

Interface began life in 1973, when founder Ray Anderson recognised the need for more versatile flooring in the office.
With people on the ground in six continents, over 40 global showrooms, and manufacturing sites in Australia, Asia, the Netherlands, the UK and the U.S., Interface is the only truly global manufacturer of carpet tile.
Ray Anderson’s entrepreneurial spirit and belief that “There has to be a better way” is still alive and characteristic for our company culture.
